At TopK Agency, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital modeling services. Due to the custom nature of our work and the resources invested in each project, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the project stage and costs incurred.
We strongly encourage clients to review our portfolio, participate in the strategy session, and ask questions before placing an order to ensure our services meet your expectations.
Refund Eligibility
Full Refund (100%)
Available if you cancel before the strategy session is completed and before any production work has begun.
Timeframe: Within 24 hours of order placement, before strategy session completion.
Partial Refund (25-75%)
Available if you cancel after the strategy session but before final delivery. The refund amount depends on:
- •Project complexity and resources allocated
- •Depth of work completed (concept development, model training, content generation)
- •Direct costs incurred (AI processing, storage, third-party services)
- •Time invested by our team
Each case is reviewed individually to determine fair compensation for work completed.
No Refund
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- •After final delivery and file transfer
- •After you have used, published, or distributed the delivered content
- •Change of mind after approving final deliverables
- •Dissatisfaction with results that meet the agreed specifications from the strategy session
- •Custom model creation (non-refundable after initial concepts are delivered)

We will notify you of our decision via email, including the refund amount if approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Quality Guarantee
While we do not offer automatic refunds, we stand behind the quality of our work. If the delivered content does not meet the specifications agreed upon during the strategy session, we will:
- Provide up to 5 free revisions to address any issues
- Work with you to resolve concerns and meet your expectations
- Consider partial refunds if we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction
